I'm a movement director, choreographer, and performer based in London, United Kingdom.

Here's a little bit about me. I hold an MFA in Movement: Directing and Teaching from RCSSD and a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance from LCDS. Before that, I have studied and practiced physical theatre and singing for many years. My current research focuses on animal studies as applied to performance. I also have a keen interest in sacred dance, which often inspires my choreographies. I am constantly seeking to evolve and expand my arsenal, and I am currently exploring mocap and parkour.

I love combining contemporary dance and physical theatre in my practice, but I also enjoy leading specialised workshops. Here is a list of movement techniques and approaches I can offer:
